Location:
Inside on the couch. Begin sitting off to the left side of your couch (your left). This should put you in the same orientation in the frame as in Week 3 outside. If your couch is longer or shorter than mine, feel free to adjust the movement and frame as needed but try to keep your body about the same size as in my video. Prompt: Recreate the sample movement to the right. When you get to the end, add on between 10 and 30 seconds of your own movement. Try to visit the initial "sitting-on-the-couch" position at least one more time in your movement. (And don't look too closely at the chubby pregnant lady!) |
