          About the Company

          __ Becky Radway (artistic director) grew up outside of Philadelphia, where she trained intensively in gymnastics before transitioning to ballet and modern dance. She received her BA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD. Since moving to NY, she has had the pleasure of performing with the Kevin Wynn Collection, Heidi Latsky Dance, Ezra Caldwell, Incidents Physical Theater, MariaColacoDance, Meghan McCoy, and iN.D.dance/Nicole Durfee & Dancers. She is a founding member of Collective Dance NY, an organization dedicated to creating performance opportunities for independent artists through financial, administrative, and artistic collaboration. Currently, CDNY has produced three full-length productions, performing to sold-out audiences in both NY and DC. In addition, Radway was a recent finalist for the 2011-12 Arts Management Fellowship program at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.


          _Becky Radway Dance Projects has been featured in Food For Thought at Danspace Project (St. Marks Church), the DUMBO and Cool New York Festivals (White Wave), the Uptown Arts Stroll, Take Root at Green Space, 60x60 Dance (World Financial Center / Galapagos Art Space), Evon Arts' Coming Together Performance Series (Alvin Ailey's Citigroup Theater), Fielday (Henry Street Settlement), and Dance Conversations at The Flea (Soho Playhouse). Other venues include Triskelion Arts, the Connelly Theater, the Merce Cunningham Studio, the Jack Guidone Theater in Washington, D.C., Towson University, Goucher College, and a site-specific work for the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. The company has been a recent guest artist with DragonFly Dance Experiment (Annapolis, MD), and held student residencies at Lock Haven University (Lock Haven, PA), Arundel High School (Anne Arundel, MD), and Oldfields School (Gambrillis, MD). Support includes: 2010 and 2011 artist grants through the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance, a 92nd Street Y Harkness Dance Center space grant, and a 2009 Manhattan Community Arts Fund grant through the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.

          About the Artists

          _ BRDP is honored to have worked with a brilliant collection of dancers throughout the years. Working as a pick-up company, a different cast is often utilizing for each new production. Some of these talented artists include:

          Leonides Arpon, Tim Chester, Maureen Damaso, Liza Domnitz, Maria Colaco, Nicole Durfee, Rachel Fachner, Meredith Fages, Gorgas, Ayelet Haran, Laura Henry, Kathryn Holmes, Danica Kalemdaroglu, Lindsey Kelley, Alden LaPaglia, Mark Lindberg, Kate Martel, Meghan McCoy, Jessi Patz, Amy Rance, Heather N. Seagraves, Alexis Silver, Meryl Thurston, Diane Tomasi, Carlton Ward, and Amanda Wentworth.

          About the Music

          _ Scott Radway (composer) graduated from Temple University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in music composition, and has since composed numerous soundtracks for film, dance, and beyond, as well as writing and touring with bands Now Soon Nowhere (Philadelphia), Tub Ring (Chicago), and Polkadot Cadaver (Baltimore). He was recently nominated for a "Best Soundtrack" award from the Terror Film Festival for his work on the silent film "The Institute of Seance."


          About the Set

          _ Paul Douglas Olmer (set designer) is a designer, technical director, builder, and painter based in Brooklyn, NY. His recent work includes: design for Nuevo Laredo at Dixon Place, technical direction for Clubbed Thumb Summerworks at HERE Artspace, designing and building custom furniture for nouveau riche clients, and, of course, building for off- and off-off Broadway theaters. In the near future, he will be building an awesome skate ramp for Pig Iron’s production of Twelfth Night. Paul graduated from Bennington College with a degree in painting and literature.
